Prior to founding both Design Republic and NHDRO, Lyndon Neri was the Director for Projects in Asia for Michael Graves & Associates. Most recently he was the Associate in charge of "Three on the Bund" in Shanghai. Lyndon Neri received his BA in Architecture at the University of California in Berkeley and his MA in Architecture at Harvard University.

Rossana Hu managed her own design studio in Princeton, New Jersey after4 years of working at Michael Graves & Associates. She received her BA in Architecture at the University of California in Berkeley and her MA in Architecture and Urban Planning at Princeton University.

Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu are also the founding partners of Neri and Hu Design and Research Office (NHDRO), a design practice that embodies architecture, interior design, product design and graphic design/visual imaging.
